FWC Reserve Program

The FWC Reserve Program, composed of dedicated, sworn law enforcement officers who volunteer their time to supplement and assist full-time officers in daily patrol duties, needs your help. Reserve officers conduct hunter and boating safety courses, assist the agency with public relations and educational activities such as fishing clinics and fairs and various other events. They deploy during natural disasters or when a large concentrated workforce is needed.

There is no state funding for this program. Reserve members currently pay for all training, gear and equipment they receive – a considerable expense.

Your tax-deductible contribution funds the program and keeps this valuable Florida asset strong.
